Arthroplasty patient support outcomes
Join us virtually on November 24th at 12pm PST as we share results from the first phase of Stronger Together; a program designed to support patients at home pre and post joint replacement surgery during COVID-19.
Patients participated in a week-by-week evidence-based virtual care program designed to improve health literacy, confidence and outcomes through a combination of peer-to-peer social support, secure at-home remote monitoring of key vitals and virtual one-on-one coaching from nurses and experts in Curatio’s private social health network.
Participants: Dr. Michelle Scheepers of Interior Health, Robert Kaul, CEO of CloudDX, Dr. Kathleen Martin Ginis of University of British Columbia and Lynda Brown-Ganzert, Curatio’s CEO.
