Join Us, Because We’re Stronger Together
Welcome!
These are unprecedented times for individuals who are facing new challenges with managing or reversing Type 2 Diabetes. We’ve created a specialized virtual program in partnership with UBC designed to connect you with other individuals going through the same thing in a private, secure network. This program, called Stronger Together, will give you access to evidence-based programs, tools and virtual coaching to help make each day a bit easier. By joining Stronger Together, you can access the 4+2 Diabetes Reversal Strategy community.
What is the ‘4+2 Diabetes Reversal Strategy’ Community All About?
So what exactly does 4+2 mean? Well, there are 4 steps to reverse insulin resistance (nutrition, physical activity, fat burning, and being kind to your liver) and 2 other important factors (stress and sleep) that make up the Diabetes Reversal Strategy. This program will give you the tools and guidance you need to break the cycle of insulin resistance and work to reverse diabetes.
Not only will you get free virtual tools and connection in the palm of your hand, your participation will help us gather valuable information to ensure that individuals living with Type 2 Diabetes have proper support in the future.
