Technical Project Manager

Curatio is currently searching for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who will work with our amazing clients facing teams and clients and their projects that affect multiple departments while working alongside users to develop and document requirements for projects. The Technical Project Manager will also be responsible for managing client expectations and working with multiple teams to ensure the requirements are met on time and on budget.

You’ll also maintain the localization of our platform as we continue to enhance the SaaS platform for our clients all over the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards for our scheduled projects

  • Prepare and maintain progress reports for senior management

  • Develop and present detailed project plans charting deliverables and milestones for all projects

  • Customer education (gaps in networking, product knowledge, etc.)

  • Follow up technical cases and manage the right expectation until the closure of the cases

  • Manage multiple clients, their projects and expectations and invoke change orders as needed

  • Manage tradeoffs and be able to advise on the impact of changes in features, schedules and scope and how that impacts cost, delivery, and project objectives

  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Work with scrum masters and product owners to populate and prioritize their backlogs, as required

  • Manage our localization (contextualization) for projects around the globe
